Public Offer

1. Parties
This document is a public offer (the “Offer”) from Aurelia Studio (the “Service Provider”) to any natural or legal person (the “User”) to purchase access to the Aurelia AI product image generation service.
2. Subject
The Service Provider grants the User access to image and video generation via the Aurelia web application. Access is metered in stars — an internal credit unit. Each generation consumes a fixed number of stars (image: 4; 6-second video: 16; 8-second video: 20). Star packs are sold at prices published on the pricing page.
3. Acceptance
The User accepts this Offer by purchasing a star pack through any payment method offered on the website. Acceptance is binding from the moment the payment is confirmed.
4. Delivery
Stars are credited to the User's account automatically upon payment confirmation, typically within minutes. Generation is performed on demand: the User uploads source material, configures the request, and receives the result through the web interface.
5. Refunds
Unused stars are non-refundable. If a generation fails on our side, the User is automatically refunded the stars consumed. If you believe you've been billed incorrectly, contact aurelia.info@bk.ru within 14 days of the charge.
6. Term and termination
The Offer is in force as long as the Service is operated and the User holds an active account. The User may close the account at any time. The Service Provider may terminate access for violation of the Terms of Service.
7. Limitation of liability
The Service Provider's aggregate liability is limited to the amount the User paid in the twelve months preceding any claim. No liability for indirect, consequential or special damages.
