1. What we collect
We collect: (a) account information (name, email, profile picture from your sign-in provider); (b) photos you upload for processing; (c) generated outputs; (d) payment metadata (we never see card numbers — payments are handled by Paddle/Stripe/Yookassa); (e) usage analytics (page views, feature usage) via Yandex Metrika and Google Analytics.
2. How we use it
We use your data to: provide the Service (generate images, store your projects); process payments; communicate transactional updates; improve the Service. We do not sell your data and we do not use your input photos to train AI models.
3. Storage and security
Account data and project metadata are stored in our secure PostgreSQL database. Uploaded photos and generated outputs are stored in object storage (MinIO/S3-compatible). Backups are kept for 30 days. We use TLS for all data in transit.
4. Retention
Project files are kept while your account is active. If you delete a project, files are removed within 7 days. If you close your account, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records for tax purposes).
5. Third parties
We share data only with service providers necessary to operate the Service: payment processors (Paddle, Stripe, Yookassa), AI model providers (for image generation), email delivery (transactional only), analytics (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics). Each is bound by contractual confidentiality.
6. Your rights
You can: access, correct or delete your data; export your projects; opt out of non-essential analytics; close your account. Contact aurelia.info@bk.ru for any of the above.
7. Cookies
We use cookies for: session authentication (essential); locale preference; usage analytics (Yandex Metrika, Google Analytics — these can be declined). Cookie consent is shown on first visit where required.
8. International transfers
Data may be processed in countries where our service providers operate. We require all providers to meet adequate data protection standards.
9. Children
The Service is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
