1. Overview
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aurelia (the “Service”), an AI-powered product image generation tool operated by Aurelia Studio (the “Company”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Account
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
3. License to your content
By uploading a photo to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process that photo solely for the purpose of generating output for you. We do not use your input photos to train models. Generated output is yours — you receive a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use it for any lawful purpose, including commercial use.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create imagery that: depicts real persons without their consent; depicts minors in any sexual context; promotes violence, hatred or discrimination; infringes third-party intellectual property; misrepresents a competitor's product as your own. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
5. Payment and stars
Generation is paid for in stars, an internal credit unit purchased through the Service. Star packs are non-refundable once consumed. Unused stars do not expire.
6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may add, change or remove features. We will provide reasonable notice for material changes that affect paid plans.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
9. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the Company is registered. Disputes are resolved by binding arbitration unless prohibited by your local law.
